Is there a free trial?
There is a demo site where you can play around with the system until you get comfortable using the system. Once you are ready to get your hands dirty, we will set up an exclusive website for you.
Will there be a Setup Fee?
Yes, there is a minimum setup for setting up your own exclusive website with your own domain name on our servers.
What about our existing data?
We will guide your IT staff in the data conversion.
How does commission calculation work?
You first determine the commission rates per project, per type of sales organization. Then you configure your commission releases. After which, you configure split rules per agent, team, or brokerage.
You only need to do this ONCE. SMaRTre applies them automatically to every closed deal and tracks the sale status until settled.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade at any time. Your deal history and documents carry over automatically.
Is my data secure?
All documents and payment records are encrypted in transit and at rest, with full audit trails for every deal.
Yes, we have audit trails, so you will know who changed the data – from old to the new – when it was changed, and what computer was used.
Do we need training?
You may have the option of “trying out” SMaRTre through our demo site. Once you decide to use it for your organization, we will give you a comprehensive Users Manual which will guide you through all the features and functionalities of the system.
However, if you feel there is a need fora more comprehensive training, we can make arrangements for that.
